Bring your own food. Hire your favourite caterer or restaurant, or serve family recipes that reflect your culture and traditions. Our kitchen has a commercial hot box food warmer, a refrigerator, a microwave and an oven. We also provide up to 6 chafing dishes with serving utensils and 3 beverage dispensers. All food should arrive fully cooked and ready to serve.
Bring your own alcohol. You can supply your own drinks instead of paying marked-up bar prices. For a safe, well-run bar, bartending is handled by our in-house bartenders. You'll also need a Special Occasion Permit from the AGCO and event liability insurance. We'll walk you through the steps when you book.
