We hosted my engagement party at Agape garden and I have only good things to say. The staff were so hard working throughout the event, ensuring tables were cleaned, food was put out etc. Paolo was always quick to respond to inquires leading up to the event, as well as pre-event visits, as well as Nary conducting all logistics the night of. The venue speaks for itself, all of my guests complimented how gorgeous the space is - I didn’t have to bring or plan any decor which was such a relief. We also used their preferred bartender Diane, who was amazing as well. The space is very accessible which was helpful for our guests with accessibility challenges. It also comfortably fit our 95 guests with a band and dance floor. Overall, our event left many people interested in the Agape space, and my fiancé and I very happy!

Frequently Asked Questions

Taxes

All bookings will be subject to Ontario's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which is currently 13%. Cash payments are still subject to taxes.

Can I store my decor a day or night prior to my event?

No. For liability reasons.

What do I need to book my event?

Valid Proof of identification

Can you accommodate smaller private gathering?

Yes. 30 guests (Private Dinner/Lunch) or up to 80 for smaller gatherings—see Details.

Can you accommodate Micro weddings?

Gratuity

Gratuity is not required. But if our staff provided an exceptional service, Tips are always appreciated.

Does the venue have security cameras?

Yes. 2 in the party hall and 1 in the kitchen.

Do you allow pets?

No.

Do you allow liquor? BYOB

Yes. for a fee. a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and additional insurance are required. We can assist you obtain these. We offer bar services and options.
